    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking an experienced and strategic <strong>UX Lead</strong> to guide the design and research efforts behind our digital products. This role combines leadership, mentorship, and hands-on UX design to ensure intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to elevate the design process and deliver user-centered solutions that drive real impact.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Lead the end-to-end UX design process across key products or platforms.</p>\n<p>Manage and mentor a team of UX/UI designers and researchers.</p>\n<p>Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience strategies.</p>\n<p>Translate complex product requirements into clear, elegant user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.</p>\n<p>Oversee and contribute to usability testing, user research, and data-driven design decisions.</p>\n<p>Maintain and evolve the UX design system and contribute to design best practices.</p>\n<p>Ensure consistency of UX patterns and visual language across products.</p>\n<p>Advocate for user needs and champion UX maturity across the organization.</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.</p>\n<p>Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in user-centered design solutions across web and mobile.</p>\n<p>Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.</p>\n<p>Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and human-centered design.</p>\n<p>Experience working in agile or lean product teams.</p>\n<p>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</p>\n<p>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, or a related field.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
