    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h1 id=\"isPasted\">Job Summary</h1><p>The Assembler will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications experience with fitting and welding Socket Weld Pipe.</p><p><em>Supervisory Responsibilities</em><em>:&nbsp;</em>None</p><h2>Essential Job Functions</h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Accountable and Responsible for quality work.</li><li>Follow Work Instructions and Drawings/Schematics to build unit and ensure product is built correctly.</li><li>Responsible for being a positive example and champion for all aspects of KW International</li><li>Responsible for completing orders: Build, inspect and test,</li><li>Must be able to fit and weld socket weld pipe</li><li>Wire or Tube components and product using a wide range of hand and power tools.</li><li>Regular use of tools such as Torque drivers, Drills, Screwdrivers, Wrenches, Soldering Guns, Crimpers, Wire Strippers, and other handheld tools.</li><li>Maintains work area daily, has basic understanding of 5S.</li><li>Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to directions.</li><li>Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.</li><li>Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.</li><li>Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.</li><li>Inventories tools, parts, and supplies; contacts materials handler if supplies are needed. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:&nbsp;</h2><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records. &nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to read and follow detailed instructions and diagrams.</li><li>Must have excellent interpersonal skills and work well as a productive member of a team. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment. &nbsp;</li><li>Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read measuring tape, basic blueprints, schematics, drawings, sketches, and manuals.</li><li>Must have ability to read and write, speak, and communicate in English to understand and follow work and safety instructions.</li></ul><h2>Education and Experience:</h2><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>2-years experience</li><li>Report to work on time and as scheduled.</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</h2><p><em>The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.&nbsp;</em></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.</li><li>Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.</li><li>Must have manual dexterity to assemble products or machines as directed.</li><li>Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to regularly speak, hear and use vision abilities</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components. &nbsp;</li><li>Must wear safety equipment (gloves, hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses and ear protection). &nbsp;</li></ul><h2>The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
