Description

Company Overview Arrow International is the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of charitable gaming products and solutions. We produce and distribute a wide array of products, including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as world-class, state-of-the-art electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues around the world. We continue to grow at a record pace and offer this exciting career opportunity to join our team, where we focus on attracting and engaging exceptional talent, empowering colleagues to achieve fulfilling careers, and creating fun and engaging products that are second to none for our customers. Position Summary We are looking for a Producer for our Las Vegas studio to drive the smooth flow of development through pre-production. The game design team is made up of game designers and mathematicians who create designs and implement math models for eTab games. The Producer's primary focus is the pre-production phase, coordinating the work across our studios and keeping the pipeline on track. The role works closely with the Head of Game Design, the Game Design Manager, the Math Director, the production department, and the Corporate Program Manager to keep work in alignment. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Track each game from concept into production, providing a clear view of progress at every stage Own the pre-production schedules for all three studios (Las Vegas, Chicago, and Pune) and keep them aligned with the overall game production schedule Plan and allocate resources across the pre-production pipeline, balancing workload against schedule commitments Maintain the cadence and velocity of math iteration through pre-production, keeping development moving at a steady pace Provide analytics and reporting on the pre-production process to identify bottlenecks and guide improvements Keep the game design development process and its documentation up to date Champion consistent use of the team's design tools and templates Run the trademark request process: receive requests from designers, work with the legal team to progress them, and follow up proactively to push each one through to completion Support the Head of Game Design on special projects as assigned
