Responsible for the provision and coordination of all dental services. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preventive services include topical fluorides and advocating fluoridation of community water; corrective services including pediatric dentistry and other routine dental services</li>\n <li>Have clinical contact with patients for the purpose of education, examination and surgical activities in carrying out a dental program</li>\n <li>Provide team services using multiple operatories</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid license to practice dentistry in California</li>\n <li>Minimum two years' experience working in a high volume dental practice</li>\n <li>Experience supervising dental auxiliary staff</li>\n <li>Current CPR/BLS certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Skilled in the management of “team” dentistry using multiple operatories and multiple auxiliaries</li>\n <li>Ability to write and document clinical and preventive protocols to guide dental service delivery </li>\n <li>Experience/familiarity with Practice Management and Electronic Dental Records systems, NextGen/QSI preferred</li>\n <li>Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual Spanish/English</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$90.00 - $92.00 per hour Depending On Experience</li>\n</ul>",
