      "content": "\n<li>Assemble, maintain and repair outdoor gear and equipment, including bicycles, ski &amp; snowboard equipment, watercraft, camping gear, and other outdoor equipment.</li>\n<li>Perform quality assurance checks on all products prior to customer delivery.</li>\n<li>Assist customers with technical support and product inquiries.</li>\n<li>Provide support to sales associates with product knowledge and recommendations.</li>\n<li>Keep the shop organized and tidy, including maintaining an inventory of necessary tools and supplies.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.</li>\n<li>Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.</li>\n<li>Assist on the sales floor as needed.</li>\n<li>Assist the Store Manager in opening and closing the store as needed.</li>\n<li>Ensure the store is properly secured and alarm systems are functioning correctly</li>\n<li>Manage cash and credit card transactions, and perform daily cash reconciliation</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned by management team and Lead Shop Tech.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>1+ years of experience in a retail shop technician or similar role.</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills with outdoor gear and equipment.</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of the latest industry trends and products.</li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Technical certifications related to outdoor gear and equipment preferred.</li>\n"
