    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are looking for a strategic and results driven individual to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Janus Core product portfolio to drive business growth. A successful Director of Product Management will align product initiatives with company goals, ensure successful product delivery, and build and lead a high-performing product management team.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Define and drive the overall product strategy in alignment with company vision and business objectives.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement standardized product development processes across the organization.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.</li>\n <li>Establish and manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.</li>\n <li>Set clear goals and KPIs for product performance and regularly analyze data to drive decisions.</li>\n <li>Prioritize product initiatives and manage trade-offs between scope, resources, and time-to-market.</li>\n <li>Advocate for the voice of the customer and foster a customer-centric product culture.</li>\n <li>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.</li>\n <li>Build a high-performing team of product managers.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).</li>\n <li>7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of launching and managing successful products at scale.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of product development processes and best practices.</li>\n <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li>\n <li>Experience with product and data analytics and tools.</li>\n <li>Ability to think strategically while managing details and execution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.</li>\n <li>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.</li>\n</ul>",
