    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>Utilizes laboratory skills to perform and report results of clearly defined laboratory procedures assuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsible for assigned shifts and subject to overtime and call back as required.
