These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Lift Truck Operator</strong></p>\n<p>Kinston, NC</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Includes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting Pay Rate of <strong>$17.61 - 21.31/hour</strong> depending on experience - <strong>paid weekly</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Available Shift</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2nd Shift: <strong>4pm - 12am</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains organization of corrugate, roll and WIP storage areas ensuring product is separated by size, product or job number as appropriate</li>\n <li>Performs daily forklift inspections</li>\n <li>Perform perfect pallet inspections every hour</li>\n <li>Wraps loads using the stretch wrapper</li>\n <li>Follows proper procedure when transferring pallets from QC hold are to the ledge</li>\n <li>Safe and proper use of box clamp truck for moving corrugate</li>\n <li>Preloads dropped trailers for intercompany transfers</li>\n <li>Print BOLs (Bill of ladings) for intercompany transfers</li>\n <li>Ensure that all outgoing finished goods pallets are in good condition, including but not limited to; pallet condition, shrink wrapping, labeling, non-damaged boxes/product, etc.</li>\n <li>Ensure that loads are properly secured and are in good condition</li>\n <li>Uses correct warehouse placement with respect to inventory rotation (IE. FIFO-first in/first out)</li>\n <li>Can perform all padlocker and ledge tasks properly</li>\n <li>Uphold the warehouse standards by maintaining items in their designated areas, including, but not limited to trash, pallets, forklift trucks and finished goods</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of the work areas by sweeping, dusting and removing trash from the area</li>\n <li>Utilize RF programs and electronic equipment, SAP functions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year of previous material handling experience to include trailer loading/unloading</li>\n <li>Ability to stand/walk constantly, sit/stoop occasionally, kneel/bend constantly, lift 7-39.9 lbs, push/pull 50+ lbs, bend/twist constantly and climb/ladders occasionally</li>\n <li>Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word, SAP and RF scanners required</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication, proficient math and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Forklift certification is required</li>\n <li>LOTO training for authorized and designated personnel will be required</li>\n <li>Interior temperatures range from 60F-98F degrees, with occassional requirement to work outdoors</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
