From overseeing driver check-ins to ensuring the garage runs like a well-oiled machine, you&#39;ll be at the heart of our operation, making impactful decisions and contributing to our success.</p>\n\n<h3><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></h3>\n\n<h4><strong>Driver Management:</strong></h4>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ensure drivers are ready and prepared for their routes.</li>\n\t<li>Over the road supervision - real time interaction and engagement with drivers&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Accident response, review and resolution</li>\n\t<li>Provide guidance and correction to drivers as needed</li>\n\t<li>Investigate customer complaints and issues and make sound decisions on retraining, correction, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Address and resolve tardiness, absences, and compliance issues.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h4><strong>Communication &amp; Collaboration:</strong></h4>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Act as the go-to contact for drivers and bridge communication with management.</li>\n\t<li>Work closely with dispatch, maintenance teams and transit managers to resolve challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h4><strong>Leadership &amp; Decision-Making:</strong></h4>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Make impactful decisions aligned with company policies and goals.</li>\n\t<li>Provide guidance to dispatchers and drivers, resolving conflicts as they arise.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and safety regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h4><strong>Technology &amp; Reporting:</strong></h4>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Utilize dispatch software to manage operations and analyze trends.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain accurate records and reports to drive continuous improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h4><strong>Garage Operations:</strong></h4>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Assist with vehicle positioning to optimize garage efficiency.</li>\n\t<li>Collaborate with teams to ensure vehicles are service-ready.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in transportation or management is a plus.</li>\n\t<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven experience in transportation, dispatch, or supervisory roles.</li>\n\t<li><strong>Skills:</strong>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</li>\n\t\t<li>Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office.</li>\n\t\t<li>Sound decision-making and organizational skills.</li>\n\t\t<li>Knowledge of transportation regulations and vehicle safety standards a plus.</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n\t<li><strong>Other Requirements:</strong>\n\t<ul>\n\t\t<li>Ability to obtain a class B license with Passenger endorsement (We will train you!)</li>\n\t</ul>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3><strong>What&rsquo;s in It for You</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>A dynamic work environment where your leadership makes a difference.</li>\n\t<li>Opportunities to grow and expand your skills in transportation management.</li>\n\t<li>A chance to lead with impact, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.</li>\n\t<li>We are employee-owned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3><strong>Work Environment</strong></h3>\n\n<p>This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you&#39;ll split your time between the office and the garage.
