Join a team who has fun together and enjoys interacting with our caring residents. </p>\n<p>Typical Schedule: M-F 7a-3 or8a-4p with rotating on call weekends</p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hourly pay with paid meal breaks and discounted food.</li>\n <li>Scholarship Program / Education Assistance.</li>\n <li>Employee Recognition.</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n <li>Health Benefits available with a minimum of 30 hours per week.</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Retirement Savings with company match. </li>\n <li>Generous Earned Time Program.</li>\n <li>Time and one - half paid for all hours worked on six major holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performing all assigned duties, including but not limited to; Trash pick-up, painting, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems, electrical, and furniture moving.  </li>\n <li>Assisting with apartment turnover duties, including but not limited to; painting, sheet rock repair and carpentry. </li>\n <li>Ability to report to work in an emergency situation including, but not limited to: Snowstorms; hurricanes; floods; fires; essential equipment failures or malfunction. </li>\n <li>Assisting on weekend coverage with other maintenance staff.</li>\n <li>Aid in the moving of resident vehicles.</li>\n <li>Delivery services as needed using company vehicles including, pick-up truck, box truck, van, or bus locally or long range.</li>\n <li>Snow removal - including use of shovel, snow blower, tool cat and/or bob cat. </li>\n <li>Assume responsibility for self-safety and that of the immediate environment.</li>\n <li>Report updates to the Facilities Manager and Supervisor regularly and in emergencies.</li>\n <li>Being available for emergency calls on an alternating basis with other maintenance staff.</li>\n <li>Attending annual in-service programs including but not limited to body mechanics, right-to-know information, and fire and safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Performing additional duties as assigned by Supervisor/Facilities Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Mechanical and electrical knowledge and a working knowledge of the trades.</li>\n   <li>Painting, sheet rock repair and carpentry skills.</li>\n   <li>Must be able to stand, walk, push with repetition, and lift up to 50lbs.</li>\n   <li>Must have ability to read, speak and write and follow oral and written instructions.</li>\n   <li>High school education or equivalent.</li>\n   <li>Valid Driver's License with the ability to meet our driving record standard. </li>\n   <li>Permission required to process Motor Vehicle Record.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Silverstone Living is a non-profit organization supporting Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua, At Home by Hunt and Webster at Rye.
