In this role you will be overseeing all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring safety and high equipment uptime. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians, providing guidance and troubleshooting expertise for plant equipment and machines, which may include PLCs, VFDs, Servos, and HMIs. This hands-on position requires direct involvement in repairs and installations, as well as effective coordination with the maintenance workforce.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintenance Supervisor provides direction, oversees all assignments allocated to the maintenance technicians</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Review planning and scheduling with the maintenance manager</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Audits and ensures the quality of work performed by the maintenance technicians</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Effectively conveys and schedules maintenance activities with operations</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Able to evaluate the qualifications of the maintenance technicians and recommend training/development as needed</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Blow molding experience is also a plus</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
