You’ll be part of an organization that values dignity, independence, and person-centered care, while supporting you with the tools, technology, and team needed to succeed.</p>\n<p>If you’re ready to lead with integrity, compassion, and vision,<strong>apply today and help set the standard for exceptional residential care.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>\n<h3><strong>Program Leadership & Operations</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Oversee daily residential operations and ensure services align with regulatory and organizational standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Implement and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and support strategies</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure accurate documentation and compliance within the electronic health record (EHR) and funder systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in Seven Hills NeuroCare meetings and collaborate across affiliates</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Participant-Centered Support</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Coordinate participant involvement in planning decisions that impact their lives</p></li>\n <li><p>Support healthcare coordination, medical appointments, and treatment compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Promote independence in daily living, financial skills, and community integration</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve as a liaison with families, guardians, and community providers</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Medication, Health & Safety</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain current medication and treatment orders in compliance with MAP standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct MAP audits and ensure safe medication administration</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond effectively to emergencies and safety concerns</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Financial Oversight</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Support participant financial management in accordance with policy</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure personal funds are used appropriately and accounts are balanced</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee petty cash and ensure timely payment of participant expenses</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Staff Leadership & Development</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Supervise and support direct support professionals</p></li>\n <li><p>Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations</p></li>\n <li><p>Facilitate staff meetings, coaching, and problem-solving discussions</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure staffing schedules meet participant needs and regulatory requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Approve overtime in coordination with the Area Director</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Compliance & Reporting</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Submit incident reports within required timelines</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain supervision files and payroll documentation</p></li>\n <li><p>Safeguard confidential and sensitive information</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all policies, procedures, and funder regulations are followed</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience in health and human services strongly preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with MAP and EHR systems preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) a plus</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with safe driving record</p></li>\n <li><p>Willingness to maintain required trainings and certifications</p></li>\n <li><p>Availability for on-call responsibilities as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>",
