    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.6.15/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.6.15/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.6.15/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">Custom Truck One Source 21209 Durand Ave., / Hwy. 11, Union Grove, WI 53182</div><p><br></p><div><p><strong>Finals Assembly Technician&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Seeking candidates with mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.</li><li>You must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li><strong>Monday &ndash; Friday, 5am -&nbsp;</strong>3:30pm</li></ul><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>As a member of Finals Assembly Team, you will support the Production Group to ensure all CTOS equipment is ready to be delivered to CTOS customers.<strong>&nbsp;</strong> You will work cooperatively with other team members to provide quality products to our customers in a safe, timely, cost-efficient manner following all policies, procedures, and protocols.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Follow direction of CTOS Leadership</li><li>Provide complete, high level customer products/service and support for internal and external customers.</li><li>Reads work order and performs work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy, by CTOS and factory standards.</li><li>The ability to move trucks in and out of the shop.</li><li>Communicating with Finals lead to obtain needed parts.</li><li>Documents work performed.</li><li>Uses and maintains all necessary shop and personal equipment required to complete any repairs or inspections.</li><li>Ensures that trucks and equipment are kept clean.</li><li>Understands and follows federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.</li><li>Attends training classes.</li><li>Attends Custom Truck safety training and follows all safety requirements.</li><li>Must work with and for all departments in harmony.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand for prolonged periods.</li><li>Dexterity is required to utilize power tools, and other tools required to do the job.</li><li>Ability to work in a safe environment and respect those around you.</li><li>Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.</li><li>Various projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Must possess standard knowledge of hand and power tools and know how to use them.&nbsp;</li><li>1 year or more of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is desired.</li><li>Ability to enter data into computer or tablet.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>We Power the People That Strengthen Our Nation&rsquo;s Infrastructure</strong></p><p>Explore the dynamic world of <a href=\"https://www.customtruck.com/careers\" target=\"_blank\">Custom Truck One Source</a>, where each role is a step toward driving the nation&rsquo;s infrastructure forward with innovative solutions and dedicated service.
