We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors for our new and exciting project based in the Cork area. The Quantity surveyors are responsible for all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Preparation and updating of contact budget</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaison with Surveying Manager</span></li>\n<li><span>Administration of contract records</span></li>\n<li><span>Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s</span></li>\n<li><span>Attendance at contractor handover meeting</span></li>\n<li><span>Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings</span></li>\n<li><span>Updating of cash reporting and collection</span></li>\n<li><span>Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan</span></li>\n<li><span>Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Construction methods and technologies</span></li>\n<li><span>Measurement and valuation</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to form good working relationships with all stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement</span></li>\n<li><span>Preparation and understanding of commercial reports.</span></li>\n<li><span>Contracts; bespoke and standard forms</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of health and safety, quality procedures and construction industry</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer</span></p>\n<p>There are many benefits to working with Ardmac, including to addition to competitive salary, generous time off, Christmas savings programme along with much more</p>\n<p><span> </span></p>",
