This position requires the nurse to provide comprehensive nursing assessments, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. The RN will be responsible for responding promptly to patient needs, managing emergencies, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Working independently during night shifts, the nurse must exercise sound clinical judgment and prioritize patient safety at all times.
