    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review and monitor supplies (stretch wrap, boxes, trays, colorant, pallets, etc.).</li>\n <li>Check all machines for sufficient color and material.</li>\n <li>Inspect the forklift (LPG or Electric) before use, using the forklift checklist. (OPS-FRM-022) or Phone APP</li>\n <li>Remove full pallets and boxes from the machines, stretch wrap and label each pallet.</li>\n <li>Use pallet jack when required.</li>\n <li>In some cases, affix labels to the appropriate cases.</li>\n <li>Maintain and remove all boxes, cardboard, pallets, conveyors, and water tanks as needed.</li>\n <li>Make sure electric forklifts are equalized; use the electric lift equalizing form (OPS-FOR-015)</li>\n <li>Bring all scrap boxes of plastic material to the grinding area.</li>\n <li>Assist in preplanning jobs, perform color changes or material changes as needed.</li>\n <li>Will move all production to hold area or PRSTG area using RF scan gun.</li>\n <li>Maintain full water conveyors.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Must perform required training of personnel</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate well and drive to build teams</li>\n <li>Must be computer literate and maintain training records as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>\n <li>Experience operating stand-up electric forklifts preferred</li>\n <li>1 to 2 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred</li>\n <li>Basic reading, writing, and math skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
