You’ll leverage your expertise to help ensure that our clients have the right protection solutions in place, whilst also bringing fresh ideas and insights to the table.</p>\n<p> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">💬 What You’ll Be Doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide expert advice on a range of protection products, guiding clients to the solutions that best suit their needs.</li>\n<li>Work with cutting-edge technology that allows you to spend more time with clients and less time on admin.</li>\n<li>Help shape the future of our Protection offering, bringing your insights and experience to continuously improve our approach.</li>\n<li>Support clients throughout the entire journey, from initial enquiry to completing applications and lifestyle questionnaires.</li>\n<li>Advising existing clients with additional requirements.</li>\n<li>Working as part of an incredible team to provide the best customer journey.</li>\n<li>Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who has:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years’ experience advising on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover in a Whole of Market environment.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.</li>\n<li>A proven ability to work at pace and manage a large portfolio of clients.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting customers from the initial enquiry to completion.</li>\n<li>Strong track record in handling enquiries, searching multiple providers to find the best solution for your clients.</li>\n<li>A RO5 or CeMAP qualification or a willingness to complete it as part of your role.</li>\n<li>A willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the customer.</li>\n<li>Someone with a track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets.</li>\n<li>Someone who is keen to stay on top of trends and industry best practices and share your knowledge with the wider team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">💛 Why You’ll Love Working Here:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A salary that reflects your value<span> </span></span>– because you're great at what you do.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Uncapped commission</span><span> </span>– your success is your opportunity.
