    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Title: Field Technician – High Voltage Testing (NETA Certified)</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span><br>We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Field Technician to perform high voltage electrical testing, inspection, and maintenance of power distribution systems. This role requires a current NETA certification and hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in the field, and committed to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform acceptance, maintenance, and troubleshooting testing on high voltage equipment including switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, relays, and cables</li>\n<li>Conduct testing in accordance with NETA ATS/MTS standards and client specifications</li>\n<li>Operate and maintain electrical testing equipment such as insulation resistance testers, power factor test sets, relay test equipment, and TDR units</li>\n<li>Interpret test results, identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations for corrective actions</li>\n<li>Prepare detailed and accurate field service reports and documentation</li>\n<li>Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety policies</li>\n<li>Interface with clients, engineers, and project managers to communicate findings and project status</li>\n<li>Assist with commissioning and energization procedures</li>\n<li>Travel to job sites as required (local and out-of-town)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current NETA Certification (Level II, III, or IV preferred)</li>\n<li>Minimum 2–5 years of experience in high voltage testing or related electrical field work</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and components</li>\n<li>Familiarity with NETA, ANSI, IEEE, and NFPA standards</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with relay testing and protective device coordination</li>\n<li>OSHA 10/30 certification and NFPA 70E training</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to high voltage equipment</li>\n<li>Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods</li>\n<li>Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and confined spaces when necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay based on experience and certification level</li>\n<li>Per diem and travel allowances (if applicable)</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Retirement plan options- 401k and ESOP (Employee Owned Company)</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and certification support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
