Our difference lies in our approach to partnership and our commitment to social responsibility—proudly B-Corp certified and working exclusively with vetted and approved partners.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design Intern</span> to support our Senior Designer on client projects and facilitate our 3D design prototyping process. In this role, you will assist in the design of merchandise, product and packaging concepts, and visual assets. You will contribute to the design process from research and ideation to execution, prototyping, and production. You will also support 3D explorations and physical creative setups, by owning the 3D printing process in the office, making this a hands-on opportunity to bring physical designs to life.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Senior Designer in the creation of product/ packaging concepts and visual designs</li>\n<li>Assist in developing mockups and dielines for product/ packaging</li>\n<li>Prepare and organize files for print and production</li>\n<li>Help create client presentations and visual proposals</li>\n<li>Contribute to 3D mockups, prototyping, and 3D printing experiments using the office 3D printer</li>\n<li>Support the 3D printer workflow by communicating print schedules to the team</li>\n<li>Adapt designs according to client briefs, brand guidelines, and technical constraints</li>\n<li>Participate in creative research, including materials, formats, finishes, and design trends by carrying out regular comp shops and summary reports</li>\n<li>Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables</li>\n<li>Assist with revisions and updates based on client and internal feedback</li>\n<li>Design and co-ordinate print of ad hoc office needs, e.g. business cards, signage for trade fairs or client gifts</li>\n<li>Assist with office showroom merchandising, including updating sample displays and capturing content for social media</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently enrolled in a design degree with a placement year, or recently graduated</li>\n<li>Strong interest in packaging design, physical design, and creative experimentation</li>\n<li>Interest or basic knowledge in 3D tools, prototyping, or 3D printing is a strong plus</li>\n<li>Sensitivity to materials, textures, and physical environments</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)</li>\n<li>Knowledge of dielines and packaging structures is a plus</li>\n<li>Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to learn</li>\n<li>Ability to follow direction and iterate quickly</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Gain</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience in product/ packaging design and physical prototyping</li>\n<li>Exposure to designing for real-world production processes</li>\n<li>Mentorship from an experienced Senior Designer</li>\n<li>Opportunity to build a portfolio with product, packaging, 3D, and physical setup work</li>\n<li>Insight into client collaboration and creative production workflows</li>\n<li>Experience working with the world’s leading beauty and lifestyle brands</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Twelve Inc. is committed to building an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and everyone is encouraged to apply.
