This role requires working outdoors, assisting with securing and releasing cargo, and maintaining a clean, organized yard under the direction of the Yard Supervisor. Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with others are key to success in this position.</p><hr><h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Secure and release cargo on trucks and containers using proper strapping methods</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard in accordance with supervisor guidance</li><li>Complete general labor duties to support overall yard operations</li><li>Follow all company safety standards and procedures at all times</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors and team members</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions</li><li>Strong work ethic with a dependable and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and collaborate within a team environment</li><li>Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required</li><li>Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy materials</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul><li>Weekly compensation after your 2nd week of working</li><li>Consistent weekday schedule with weekends off</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Apply today with your most recent resume!</strong><br><br>Call us at <strong>(912) 295-5270</strong> for more information—we’re happy to help.<br> </p>",
