Team members will collaborate closely to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance mission effectiveness across the homeland security enterprise.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Leads data gathering and analytical activities to support project objectives and decision-making</li><li>Designs and conducts qualitative and quantitative research to inform program insights and recommendations</li><li>Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheets to organize, manage, and analyze data sets</li><li>Creates process flow diagrams and visual representations to document workflows and improve process understanding</li><li>Drafts project reports, analytic summaries, and other client deliverables</li><li>Develops training materials to support stakeholder learning and program implementation</li><li>Performs instructional design activities to structure effective learning content and delivery approaches</li><li>Produces multimedia content to enhance training and knowledge transfer</li><li>Delivers training sessions and facilitates knowledge sharing across client and project teams</li></ul>",
