Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse.</li>\n <li>Educate patients on surgical procedures.</li>\n <li>Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.</li>\n <li>Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients and interpret and record electronic displays.</li>\n <li>Initiate corrective action whenever the patient displays adverse symptomatology.</li>\n <li>Provide bedside care for a wide variety of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgery patients.</li>\n <li>Change dressings, insert catheters, starts IVs.</li>\n <li>Participate in discharge planning.</li>\n <li>Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format, and on the appropriate forms.</li>\n <li>Other special projects and duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>",
