This role will be responsible for the performing maintenance in a safe manner, and to manufacturer specifications and recommendations to ensure equipment is operating as intended.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">General Maintenance </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Troubleshoot and perform repairs to buildings, equipment, and systems.</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">CNC Machines (Mill, Lathe, Punch Press, Drill, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Air compressors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Material handling systems</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Mechanical systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance activities, following manufacturers and internal instructions as required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Improve equipment reliability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify opportunities to improve existing PM program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify root cause of equipment related issues and incorporate potential prevention measures as part of the PM schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain Log of issues, resolutions and completed work orders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">General</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Use electrical/electronic diagnostic equipment such as multi-meters, infrared scanning equipment and other tools as necessary for servicing applicable equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify issues that cannot be resolved by internal resources and coordinate with alternative service providers to have these issues resolved.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Read diagrams, schematics, reports, and manuals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Use maintenance software </span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Safety, WHMIS, MSDS, and company policy requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">While the job may primarily be during the day, working later in the day/evening and/or on weekends might be required depending on the urgency of the repair</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Cleans and maintains work areas and shop equipment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Abilities, Knowledge, Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">High School Diploma, GED and 3-5 years equivalent directly transferrable work experience (Manufacturing or Engineering discipline preferred).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Formal training or 2+ years of ventilation system maintenance experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Working knowledge of hydraulic systems under 3000psi</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with air compressors, and compressed air systems</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings (e.g., blueprints, manuals, wiring diagrams etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Exhibit good time management skills and ability to prioritize workflow throughout the day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
