          "text": "<p>We are seeking a highly motivated <strong>Analytical Scientist</strong> to support biotherapeutic process development programs, with a primary focus on <strong>large molecule characterization</strong> (proteins, polysaccharides, nucleic acids, and related biologics).</p><p>In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of analytical methods that enable process understanding, product characterization, and quality assessment across development stages.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide hands-on analytical support for <strong>biotherapeutic process development teams</strong></li><li>Perform and optimize analytical assays for <strong>large molecule characterization</strong></li><li>Analyze and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with process development, quality, and project teams</li><li>Maintain clear and detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory and quality standards</li><li>Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of analytical methods</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li><strong>Required technical experience:</strong> Hands-on experience with <strong>Capillary Gel Electrophoresis (CGE), qPCR, and HPLC</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>SEC-MALS (Size Exclusion Chromatography–Multi-Angle Light Scattering)</strong> is strongly valued</li><li><strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree</strong> in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline</li><li><strong>3–5 years of relevant industry experience</strong> in a laboratory or biotherapeutic development environment</li><li>Must have <strong>authorization to work in the United States</strong> without current or future sponsorship requirements</li><li>Candidates located within a <strong>commutable distance to Chesterfield, MO</strong> are highly encouraged to apply</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>NMR </strong>experience</li><li><strong>Mass spectrometry </strong>experience&#xa0;</li><li>Experience working with <strong>electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) systems</strong> and/or <strong>GMP documentation practices</strong></li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Empower or OpenLab software</strong></li></ul>",
