At TA Instruments, the Manufacturing Technician position provides a challenging opportunity to enhance electronic and mechanical skills while working as a team to achieve goals and objectives. \n<h2>Typical tasks of the position include, but are not limited to</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Test, troubleshoot, and repair Analytical Instruments including accessories and service parts to establish specifications and test procedures</li>\n <li>Analyzes instrument test data and evaluates performance of the instruments according to established specifications and test procedures.  Keeps appropriate data for later analysis</li>\n <li>Mechanical/electrical work/rework as needed</li>\n <li>Prepares instruments for final shipment, including configuration and pack-up</li>\n <li>Other miscellaneous duties assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge, skills, and experience that would include the following</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have completed an Associate's degree at an accredited post-secondary school in electronics, electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology, or closely related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n <li>Experience directly related to working with digital and analog circuits</li>\n <li>Knowledge of PC-based instrument control and data analysis</li>\n <li>Ability to think critically and resolve issues and non-routine problems. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Description</h2>\n<p>Waters Corporation (NYSE:WAT) is a global leader in analytical instruments, separations technologies, and software, serving the life, materials, food, and environmental sciences for over 65 years.
