          "text": "<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience</li><li>Minimum of 5+&#xa0;years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus.</li><li>Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role.</li><li>Strong Excel and data entry skills.</li><li>Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers</li><li>Possess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing risk</li></ul>",
