Collaborate across departments to gather data, benchmarks, and comparative insights
Support project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of high-priority research initiatives
Contribute to research compliance efforts, ensuring data collection involving students aligns with federal and university policies
Partner closely with the Senior Analyst on both routine and complex analytical projects
Experience You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in quantitative analysis, or a combination of education and experience
Strong foundation in survey research, data analysis, and empirical research methods
Experience working with large, complex datasets and applying statistical techniques
