Guard the personnel and property of Mountaire Farms against fire, theft, damage and destruction, pilferage, and/or malicious injury.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\"><strong>Major Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ol><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">Protecting Mountaire Farms personnel and property, including patrolling areas from a fixed station, on foot or by vehicle.  </span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">Control authorized access to company buildings and company property.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">Must be able to respond to emergency situations that may require working long hours and additional days as assigned by the Security and Plant Services Manager or his/her designee.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">Must be able to work in all elements of weather and temperatures, walk and stand for extended periods of time (up to 2-3 hours at a time).</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support the Goal Zero mission statement. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support operational and safety needs.</span></li></ol><p><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">High School diploma or equivalent.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">Minimum 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement or relevant military experience is required.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">Acceptable Driving Record based on Mountaire’s Non-Commercial Vehicle Policy and the ability to meet Mountaire Farms’ requirements to operate a Company vehicle.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif\">Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.</span></li></ul>",
