          "text": "<ol><li>Review of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) design documents such as drawings, Specifications (Specs), the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), and Basis of Design (BOD) to evaluate energy&#xa0;efficiency;&#xa0;</li><li>Perform measurement, verification, commissioning, or retro-commissioning;&#xa0;</li><li>Provide,&#xa0;prepare&#xa0;and develop Pre-Functional and Functional Testing forms in compliance with green building&#xa0;practices;&#xa0;</li><li>Collect data for energy conservation analyses, using&#xa0;jobsite&#xa0;observation, field inspections, or submetering.&#xa0;</li><li>Periodic visits to site for observation and acceptance of pre-Functional&#xa0;tests;&#xa0;</li><li>Inspect or&#xa0;monitor&#xa0;energy&#xa0;system, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) to&#xa0;determine&#xa0;energy use or potential energy savings.&#xa0;</li><li>Carry out Functional Tests (FT) of MEP equipment on site to verify the proper installation of new or&#xa0;relocated&#xa0;HVAC equipment per green building&#xa0;practices;&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare energy-related project reports or related documentation; and&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare documents such as Current Facility Requirement (CFR) and Operation and Maintenance (O&amp;M) plan, Systems Manual, Ongoing Commissioning (Cx) plan,&#xa0;Cx&#xa0;summary report etc.&#xa0;</li></ol>",
