This role supports standalone production equipment in a stable manufacturing environment.</p>\n<p>This is a permanent night shift position with a predictable 2-2-3 schedule. The schedule structure results in 88 paid hours per two-week cycle, including built-in overtime.</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Average annual earnings: $65,000–$95,000 (including built-in overtime and profit sharing)</li>\n <li>$3,000 sign-on bonus (tiered payout)</li>\n <li>Quarterly profit sharing</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision effective Day 1</li>\n <li>401(k) with company match</li>\n <li>Tool replacement program</li>\n <li>Tuition assistance (after one year)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on industrial equipment</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance on machinery</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot motors, drives (VFDs), sensors, and control circuits</li>\n <li>Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints</li>\n <li>Complete welding and fabrication tasks as needed</li>\n <li>Enter accurate maintenance data into CMMS</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience</li>\n <li>Electrical troubleshooting skills (480V systems preferred)</li>\n <li>Experience working with Allen-Bradley PLCs is a plus.</li>\n <li>Comfortable using a meter and interpreting electrical prints</li>\n <li>Stable work history and strong safety record</li>\n</ul>",
