    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px\">We are seeking a team coach for NGA Girls gymnastics competitive levels.  This is a part-time to full time opportunity.  You're going to love working here.  </span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">Apply and meet the leadership team. </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\"> </span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Hours per week:</span> 20-35 hours</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> – afternoons, evenings, and weekends.  Plus competition travel.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Pay:</span> $20.00- $28.00 per hour. <br></span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Commensurate with the background and experience of the applicant.  Additional pay is available for session-based competitions and travel as well as private lesson income.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Qualifications:  </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven coaching experience with NGA gymnastics.</li>\n<li>Former competitive gymnastics experience required.</li>\n<li>High energy and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages and diverse backgrounds.</li>\n<li>Ability to coach both beginners (as young as 4 years old) and advanced NGA Diamond competitors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Training/Education: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPR with AED &amp; First Aid certification (required within first 30 days and maintained annually).</li>\n<li>Highschool Diploma is required any college education is a plus.</li>\n<li>Commitment to ongoing professional development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Skills: </span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.</li>\n<li>Leadership abilities in working with coaches, athletes, and families.</li>\n<li>Professional demeanor aligned with positive coaching development.</li>\n<li>Passion for fostering a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Duties:  </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and oversee all four levels of NGA team athletes.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Site Managers, JO Head Coaches, and Program Coordinators.</li>\n<li>Set the tone and example for athlete development and program goals.</li>\n<li>Work with Advanced Rec and Rec League programs to identify and advance athletes into NGA.</li>\n<li>Report directly to the Site Manager, with oversight from the Team Manager regarding training plans, calendars, and competition expectations.</li>\n</ul>",
