The Facilities Groundskeeper/Laborer will be responsible for the upkeep and appearance of outdoor areas at the KwaTaqNuk property. May use all gardening tools, rakes, and hand tools. Will not use power equipment. The work is labor- intensive and requires the use of a variety of hand tools.</span></span></p>\n\n<h1 style=\"margin-left:11px;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></strong></h1>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Answer radio calls from staff when contacted.
