As a technical lead you will be responsible for resolving issues and ensuring success of projects assigned to your team. \\n\\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tCollaborate with team comprised of technical and non-technical members to support completion of projects in a timely fashion.\\n\\tBe willing to work on roadmap that includes business and technical initiatives.\\n\\tProvide technical leadership to junior developers.\\n\\tWork with managers and stakeholders to resolve blockers that impact project timelines.\\n\\tPartake in code review to ensure Allied’s code reviews are being adhered to.\\n\\tWork closely with team to design, develop, test, and deploy.\\n\\tCreate automated processes to implement/maintain CI/CD pipelines.\\n\\tMeet Allied’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.\\n\\tWork closely with managers to formulate technical strategies for team. \\n\\tAdhere to, and apply all applicable privacy and security laws, including but not limited to HIPAA, HITECH and any regulations promulgated thereto.\\n\\tOther duties as assigned.\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nEDUCATION\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tBachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent work experience required.\\n\\tCertifications and Licenses: none required, though MCSA, other Microsoft certifications, and HIPAA Awareness/Security are preferred.\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\t7+ years’ experience developing software using Microsoft’s platform required\\n\\t3+ years in a software developer lead role required\\n\\tStrong understanding of SOLID and OOP\\n\\tAbility to collaborate well with team members\\n\\tUnderstanding of SDLC lifecycle\\n\\tExtensive experience coding in C#, ASP.NET/MVC, Web APIs, WCF\\n\\tExperience with SQL Server Development – creating and modifying stored procedures\\n\\tDisplay strong technical experience in Microsoft Stack\\n\\tFamiliarity to Azure DevOps preferred\\n\\tFamiliarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments preferred\\n\\tFamiliarity with API Gateway patterns preferred\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nPOSITION COMPETENCIES\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tAccountability\\n\\tAnalytical Problem Solving\\n\\tCollaboration\\n\\tQuality and Risk Management\\n\\tSystems Thinking\\n\\tTechnical/Functional Expertise\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tThis is a standard desk role requiring extended sitting and computer work\\n\\n\\n\\nWORK ENVIRONMENT  \\n\\n \\n\\n\\n\\tRemote\\n\\n\\nHere at Allied, we believe that great talent can thrive from anywhere.
