Participate in formal and informal end-of-day brainstorm with the CEO, to reflect on emerging priorities, align on next step and adjust business direction as needed. Definition of mutual success for the role: Provide the CEO with true operational leverage by taking the lead on a variety of initiatives. Help CEO develop thesis and opinion prior to key decisions points. Empower the Business Advisor to build a strong network of influence within the organization.
