    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Position: </strong>Nursing Assistant (NA)<strong>Location: 300 Market Street, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663</strong><strong>Schedule: </strong>Per Diem (PRN), 7AM-7:30PM (Days) OR 7PM-7:30AM (Nights) (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: $23.50 + Shift Differential</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to best address the medical, physical, emotional, and vocational challenges for individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We support your career growth and personal well-being:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Start Strong</strong>: Orientation program to ensure a smooth transition into our setting.</li>\n <li><strong>Opportunity for Advancement</strong>: Demonstrate your skills and dedication, which could lead to potential full-time opportunities.</li>\n <li><strong>Invest in Your Future:</strong> Company-matching 401(k) retirement plan <em>(Part-Time or Per Diem, are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year)</em></li>\n <li><strong>Your Impact Matters:</strong> Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Obtaining vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data.</li>\n <li>Assisting patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing (bed bath, chair at sink, tub, and shower), oral hygiene, shaving, and hair care.</li>\n <li>Delivering meals and snacks, feeding patients who are unable to feed themselves, and documenting oral intake, including supplements.</li>\n <li>Turning and positioning immobile patients safely while maintaining proper body alignment; participating in the mobility program.</li>\n <li>Answering patient call lights and performing services that add to the physical well-being of the patient.</li>\n <li>Transportation of the patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred  Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Hospital experience, certification as a nursing assistant preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Per Diem Requirement: </strong>Four (4) shifts per 6-week schedule.
