Reporting to the Operation</span><span>s</span><span> Manager, you will help achieve operational excellence, product quality, and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical skills, contribute to innovative products, and work within a collaborative manufacturing environment.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>In this role you will:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assemble electronic products using through-hole, surface-mount, and final assembly processes </span><span>in accordance with</span><span> IPC standards and product quality guidelines.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform hand soldering, rework, and touch-up of electronic assemblies and circuit boards to meet quality and testing requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare, populate, and stuff electronic components and circuit boards accurately and efficiently.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Operate and </span><span>maintain</span><span> production equipment such as SMT, wave solder, CNC, and printing processes as </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and quality, including supporting inspection of work completed by new or junior team members.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Accurately record production data, including job tracking, run time, motion tracking, and quality records using Production Apps and e-Quality systems.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Process inventory transactions accurately within ERP systems and support planning and maintenance of area inventory levels.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Complete production kits in priority order to meet order fulfillment and shipping requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide backup support to the Test department, </span><span>assist</span><span> with prototype builds, and process RMAs according to established procedures.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>This role might be right for you if you have:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience assembling electronic products in a manufacturing or production environment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Hands-on experience with hand soldering, </span><span>rework</span><span>, and electronic assembly techniques.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working knowledge of IPC standards and basic electronic quality requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and assembly documentation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking systems.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>You’ll</span><span> be successful in this position if you:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Have experience with SMT, wave solder, or CNC production equipment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Have prior experience supporting testing, prototype builds, or RMAs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Enjoy mentoring or </span><span>assisting</span><span> with training new team members.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and strong teamwork skills.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>What we offer:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Competitive Compensation &amp; Rewards</span><span>: </span></span></span><span><span>Your hard work and dedication </span><span>don’t</span><span> go unnoticed.
