The Recovery Service Manager directly supervises the REC and Team Leaders. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing routine, scheduled and unscheduled mentoring to staff, including Team Leaders, for the purpose of developing clinical competencies and insuring quality of care.  Mentoring should occur through multiple formats, including individually and in groups, in the centers as well as the community and/or student homes.  </li>\n <li>Facilitating staff understanding of the REC model and program design in order to promote consistent and quality clinical care.</li>\n <li>Developing and monitoring any standards of care, above and beyond the service definition, that are established for the service and communicated to staff, particularly those related to access to the service (walk-in access, extra support) and periods of increased risk for a service recipient.</li>\n <li>Supporting the after-hours on call rotation including participating in the rotation and monitoring those who call frequently or with high duration calls.</li>\n <li>Provide direct services as well as participating in ongoing training to stay current in the field and the service and promote best practice approaches within team. </li>\n <li>Being available for consultation on clinical issues as well as risk management issues </li>\n <li>Providing clinical supervision for licensure and delivering trainings on clinical topics as need arises and assigned by supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in social work or Counseling and fully licensed</li>\n <li>Five years of clinical experience and three years of supervisory experience preferred</li>\n <li><p>Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) Required</p></li>\n <li>Substance Use License Preferred or Willingness to Achieve</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office Proficiency </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Blue Ridge Health:</h2>\n<p>At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
