Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li><p>Support product quality, product development, process scale-ups, and production processes by performing standardized, specialized, or complex tests, measurements, and tasks on experimental or standard production. </p></li><li><p>Activities will focus on the appraisal of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.</p></li><li><p>Ensures that 3M quality standards and procedures are met and maintained.</p></li><li><p>Teach plant personnel quality methods and measurement techniques.</p></li><li><p>Complete daily audits of the manufacturing floor, quantify and report the results. Run precision test equipment and report results.</p></li><li><p>Other quality related tasks as required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise</b></p><p>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution</p></li><li><p>One (1) year combined quality and/or laboratory experience in a private, public, government or military environment</p></li><li><p>One (1) year experience utilizing Microsoft Office (including Excel)</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li><p>Associates/Two Year Technical degree or higher from an accredited institution in a private, public, government or military environment</p></li><li><p>Three (3) years combined quality and/or laboratory experience</p></li><li><p>Equipment validation experience</p></li><li><p>Good written and verbal communication skills that include excellent data collection and management</p></li><li><p>Flexible and responsive to changing priorities; able to multi-task; good organizational skills; attention to detail and compliant behaviors</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work location:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>On-site Tilton, NH 3rd Shift schedule</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Travel:  May include up to 5% domestic/international</b></p><p><b>Relocation Assistance:  Is not authorized</b></p><p></p><p><b>Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</b></p><p></p><p><b>Supporting Your Well-being </b></p><p>3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
