With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<p>Join our fast-growing Installed Base Outage Services Organization as a BWR Technical Director. In this role, you will direct all reactor disassembly/reassembly and refueling activities for your respective shift.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Installs, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at customer sites (may include equipment associated with refueling and inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components).  </li>\n <li>Conducts a variety of complex field tasks including, but not limited to operating specialized equipment, taking measurements, compiling data, and performing without error in high stress environments.  </li>\n <li>Develops calculations, tables, reports and related data; maintains maintenance logs and certification documents.  </li>\n <li>Develops procedures, problem reports, job hazard analyses, and field schedules.  </li>\n <li>Participates in planning and executing projects and may be responsible for pre-outage preparations.  </li>\n <li>May provide input to training materials and may conduct training.  </li>\n <li>Responsible for directing technicians which includes on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, performance management and coaching, documenting performance, managing conflicts between coworkers, and ensuring safety and compliance of individuals and plant equipment.  </li>\n <li>Complies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance.  </li>\n <li>Responsible for the safety and well-being of personnel supervising.  </li>\n <li>Works flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service.  </li>\n <li>Requires travel to a variety of remote job sites.  </li>\n <li>Requires unescorted nuclear access (includes background check, psychological exam, and drug screen).  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent education</li>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years of related experience.</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge in a particular field of commonly used equipment, practices and concepts.  </li>\n <li>Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs as required for specific roles. </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, policies, procedures and guidelines with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.  </li>\n <li>Requires specific technical training and certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $43.40 - $56.90 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
