    "description": "<h2>Working Hours/Days</h2>7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday- Friday, Saturdays and overtime as needed\n<h2>Basic Duties</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide exceptional service to our customers by performing maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on allied type construction and Aerial work platform equipment.</li>\n <li>Responsible for picking-up and delivering equipment when necessary. </li>\n <li>Complete associated paperwork. </li>\n <li>Establish and maintain service-oriented working relationship with customers. </li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service to all customers. </li>\n <li>May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Two or more years of related work experience.</li>\n <li>Must have a good understanding of gas and diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems.  </li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter, organized, with strong customer service orientation.</li>\n <li>Automotive and Industrial Maintenance Technicians are encouraged to apply. </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 75 lbs.</li>\n <li>Computer literacy required. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment. </li>\n <li>Excellent planning & organizational skills are needed. </li>\n <li>Must take initiative, be team oriented and willing to adapt to change.</li>\n <li>Ability to respond to callouts, work overtime and weekends when needed.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are required.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 75 lbs. Will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields, hearing protection, etc.) for a given situation. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel may be required.
