Provide technical assistance to engineering, maintenance in resolving day to day problems related to test execution.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Use understanding of engineering &amp; tech skills to interpret instructions into actions and experimental outcome.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">May assist in troubleshooting tool/process issues and suggest system improvements to achieve performance goals.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">May compile and analyze test data from performed testing.</p></li></ul><p class=\"FSBasicHeader1\">Education/Experience:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Associate’s Degree in an engineering discipline or similar technical discipline and 2 year of relevant technical experience or 1 year of experience as an Engineering Test Support II at First Solar.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of relevant technical experience or 2 years of experience as an Engineering Test Support II at First Solar.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Experience in materials analysis a plus.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Experience in high volume manufacturing running or handling process issues in a technical related industry related industry, possesses strong trouble shooting skills, able to work either as part of team or independently as the situation dictates.</p></li></ul><p class=\"FSBasicHeader1\">Required Skills/Competencies:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Ability to perform sample testing, semiconductor device fabrication and/or electrical or optical measurements</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Ability to learn the operation, calibration, and preventative maintenance of lab and process equipment and systems.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Intermediate knowledge in MS Office and some knowledge of SQL/JMP.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Execute experiments efficiently and effectively with high fidelity.</p></li><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Ability to communicate on a regular basis with all levels of associates.</p></li></ul><p class=\"FSBasicHeader1\">Essential Responsibilities:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p class=\"FSQRBodyText\">Applies some advanced skills to the position or specialization.
