FANgineers serve as goodwill ambassadors to donors and their guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers also serve as a liaison between donors, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Coordinator, and Athletic Department personnel.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and take pride in delivering exceptional, detail-oriented guest experiences. You will represent both REVELxp and Vanderbilt, ensuring that each guest feels valued and supported from the moment they arrive until the end of the event.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Act as game day ambassadors for the REVELxp, Commodore Club and Vanderbilt Athletics Department</li><li>Perform G.O.L.D. Standard Service for all guests, fans, and department staff&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld</li><li>Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols</li><li>Serve as a welcoming greeter and ticket attendant</li><li>Serve as an elevator attendant and people movement (access) monitor</li><li>Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., fulfilling requests, disposing trash, monitoring facility, etc.)</li><li>Upholding a professional and welcoming atmosphere in all premium areas</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>AVAILABILITY and OPPORTUNITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be available to work all home football games at FirstBank Stadium.&nbsp;</li><li>FANgineers are hourly employees.
