Specific qualifications will vary by course.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Meets all scheduled classes for the full class period.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Followings course syllabi/outline.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Prepares instructional materials and keeps them current to make the best possible use of each class period.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Informs students of student learning outcomes, class procedures, and grading policies at the beginning of each class.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Enhances the instructional/learning process by emphasizing effective course organization and planning, faculty/student interaction, communication, level of course difficulty and workload, appropriate textbooks and readings, and tests and examinations.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Keeps accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and final grade as required.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Motivates students in a professional, responsive, and cordial attitude to perform at their highest level.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Maintains an atmosphere of dignity and propriety conducive to learning.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Works cooperatively with other members of the faculty and staff in an effort to contribute to overall institutional effectiveness.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Utilizes talents, academic background, and strong personal qualities to serve the best interests of students and Navarro College.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Performs other duties as assigned.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n</ul> \n<p><strong>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><br/> <u>Required:</u></p> \n<ul> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Three years’ work experience in the related field required.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n</ul> \n<p><u>Preferred:</u></p> \n<ul> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Level 2 Certified RV Technician.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience training RV Technician staff.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience teaching adults in a classroom setting.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Teaching experience in a community or technical college.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n</ul> \n<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p> \n<p>&nbsp;</p> \n<ul> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Variances from regular working hours may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.&nbsp; </span></span><span><span>Classes occur in the evening, during the day and/or on the weekend.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Teaching assignment&nbsp;may include classes on any Navarro College Campus, Onsite at an Organization (e.g. for-profit or non-profit) or Online.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> \n <li><span><span><span><span><span>Busy working environment with numerous interruptions.</span></span></span></span></span></li> \n</ul> \n<p><strong>SALARY:</strong>&nbsp; $35.00 per hour / up to 19 hours per week</p>",
