The ideal candidate would bring at least 1 year of Project Management experience (or 5+ years of engineering experience) in water & wastewater pipeline and/or facility design. Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree (preferably in civil or environmental engineering). Water & wastewater treatment, pump/lift stations and water storage experience desirable. Must be proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications.",
