To support this growth, we are looking for a hands-on and structured HR professional to take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensure a smooth and professional employee experience across the U.S. organization. Key Responsibilities As Part-Time HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing core HR operations and administrative processes, supporting the full employee lifecycle from offer stage through onboarding and day-to-day HR administration. Your responsibilities include: Manage and maintain employee data and HR systems, including ADP Draft and issue offer letters, NDAs and employment documentation Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding processes Ensure compliance and proper documentation across the employee lifecycle Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions from employees Support communication and coordination with the global People & Culture team Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations Contribute to building and improving HR processes and structure as the company grows Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field 5–10 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration or HR generalist roles Advanced, hands-on experience as a power user of ADP Workforce Now/TotalSource Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 suite Experience managing onboarding and employee documentation processes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage manual data input and data accuracy Excellent written communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a scale-up environment with evolving processes You enjoy being the person who gets things done and takes ownership of HR operations end-to-end Additionally, experience working with international teams in the defense, security, or technology sectors is preferred. About You You are a hands-on and reliable HR professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things run smoothly. You thrive in fast-paced, growing environments where priorities can shift and structure is still evolving.
