This role oversees the daily upkeep and maintenance of assigned housing buildings and grounds, serves as the first response for maintenance issues, and supports resident move-ins and move-outs. Discounted employee housing is available. The primary work location for this role will be in Manchester, Vermont. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible role. This role pays $21.00 - $24.00/hour, DOE. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></span></p><ul><li><span>Perform daily and weekly inspections of housing units and common areas</span></li><li><span>Complete light maintenance, cleaning, painting, and repair work</span></li><li><span>Maintain grounds, including snow removal, lawn care, and debris cleanup</span></li><li><span>Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with Facilities for larger repairs</span></li><li><span>Support resident move-ins and move-outs, ensuring rooms are clean and ready</span></li><li><span>Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs</span></li><li><span>Build positive relationships with residents and report safety or housing concerns promptly</span></li><li><span>Additional duties as assigned</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS</b></span></p><ul><li><span>High School diploma, or equivalent required</span></li><li><span>Prior experience in maintenance, property care, or janitorial work preferred </span></li><li><span>Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair </span></li><li><span>Self-motivated and able to work independently</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills</span></li><li><span>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between housing sites</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS</b></span></p><p><span>Local travel between the resort and assigned housing properties.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING</b></span></p><p><span>This position will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.  </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><b>An Equal Opportunity Employer</b></span></p>",
