This role ensures that all properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering responsive, high-quality service to residents and internal stakeholders.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Property Maintenance Technician performs routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance tasks, supports work order execution, and coordinates with team members and vendors as needed.
