    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities: </span>The construction utility lead is responsible for assisting with providing direction and coordinating activities relating to utility tasks or projects at all facilities.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow safe work practices, IBiZ now</li>\n<li>Confer with management/department heads to plan and schedule project assignments onsite and at all RoyOMartin facilities</li>\n<li>Monitor trash throughout plants, cleaning/painting of handrails, catwalks, and grounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Give direction and assist with general site maintenance, including grounds maintenance, painting of buildings, cleaning/painting equipment, and operating mobile equipment</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Experience: </span>A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Required skills, experience, and/or education </em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Ability to provide support to team members</li>\n<li>Attention to detail in all areas</li>\n<li>Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends when needed</li>\n<li>Sense of urgency to prepare and complete tasks</li>\n<li>Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment a plus</li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Desired skills, experience, and/or education</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in engineering or technology</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behavioral Skills: </span>Behavioral skills are critical for determining success in a career.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive, positive approach to the safety of him/herself and others</li>\n<li>Savvy, knowledge, and personality to coach/mentor others</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including conflict resolution</li>\n<li>Assertiveness in communications to positively influence others</li>\n<li>“Lead by example” approach</li>\n<li>Highest standard for personal and professional ethics</li>\n<li>Ability to set job priorities based on business demands and resource availability</li>\n<li>Detail oriented</li>\n<li>Sense of urgency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About RoyOMartin<br></span>At RoyOMartin, people are our number-one asset.
