font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">This position works Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with overtime on Fridays as required.&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-size: 16px;\">Read blueprints and utilize AWS weld symbols as required for the position&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Consistently achieve quality welds while staying on production schedule&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Preferred Skills and Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:-0.25in;\"><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">MIG welding experience and ability to pass weld test, as required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ability to give strong attention to detail and stay on-task in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Have a good understanding of team concepts and be a strong team player</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ability to read blueprints and recognize AWS weld symbols</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Ability to safely use hand and power tools and welding equipment</li><li style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;
