    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Business Analysis / Project Management:</p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with user representatives (traders, operations personnel, accounting etc.) to gather and document business requirements.</li><li>Conduct and document impact and gap analyses.</li><li>Evaluate IT solutions to determine the best fit for business needs.</li><li>Develop detailed functional specifications for IT development teams.</li><li>Define and execute test scripts.</li><li>Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Engage in project scoping and planning, progress reporting, and the identification and management of issues and risks, ensuring effective communication throughout.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Proxy</span> Product Owner:</p><ul><li>Refine business requests before adding to the backlog</li><li>Build out and maintain the product backlog by writing epics and user stories</li><li>Set the priority of work for the team as per the Business-IT governance</li><li>Ensure compliance of deliverables with risks, security policies and architecture and technology standard</li><li>Engage in project scoping and planning, progress reporting, and the identification and management of issues and risks, ensuring effective communication throughout.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Functional Support / Maintenance:</p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day support for Booking and Back Office applications, including booking, straight-through processing, settlement, clearing, reporting, and accounting.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p class=\"paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif;\"><i><span style=\"font-size:10.0pt;\">Natixis is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a workplace free of discrimination.
